Do I need to have any knowledge of energy healing?

No. This workshop is open to everyone, whether you’re new to energy healing or simply want to explore your own sensations.

What if I don’t feel anything?

Everyone develops their awareness at their own pace. Some people pick up on certain sensations quickly, whilst others need more time. This workshop is, above all, a space for exploration and learning, with no expectation of a specific outcome.

What should I bring with me?

Something to keep you hydrated and, if you’d like, a notebook and a pen to jot down a few notes.

When do the workshops take place?

Workshops are offered as soon as four participants have registered. A date is then set in consultation with the participants to suit as many people as possible.
